I apologize (wow, I’m getting pretty good at this) for the errors. I have found a work-around that should work out well for everyone. Sorry Sizo!

Hey guys,
I love the site. A few friends of mine and I started this video game blog, and since StarCraft is one of favorite games, I decided to write about my experiences on Battlenet.
I hope you will check it out, and please feel free to comment on my posts, offering strategy tips or condolences.

Apologies for the site downtime, people. A dumb error on my part had us down for a week or so but I think we’re back in action! Thanks for the patience.
(Thanks to Virulence for original idea.)

As the original thread was a good idea, but got derailed, I’ll fill in the ones in the previous thread, and [...]

I played it yesterday to a degree of sucess; here’s the replay:

I fucked up a few things (like sunkens), but he made more mistakes, and I’m not sure I would have had as much sucess with lurkers…
The idea is to skip lurkers and get a fast Ultra/Ling army.

ZvT is a battle starting with terran teching to marines, then to medics, then to tanks, then to vessels. There are deviations and T can attack at any of those transitions. Z typically will expand –> zerglings –> lurkers/mutalisks –> expand —> tech to defilers. With options to deviate as well, though this is the [...]
This guide is going to assume that you have read and understand the many different openings I wrote in the ZvT section of my general Zerg guide based on Lost Temple. If you didn’t look over them or you aren’t comfortable with many Zerg openings, take a minute to look over them. The 12-hatch opening is at the top of the document, and different variations of openings Zerg can do vs. Terran are at the end of the section dedicated to mid-game/late-game ZvT. The types of macro-oriented maps that this guide is going to relate to are: Luna, R-point, Azalea, Arcadia, Chameleon, Artist, Dahlia of Jungle, Incubus, Legacy of Char/Lee, River of Flames, Bladestorm and Gaema Gowon. Also, this is assuming the Terran is doing a traditional fast expanse Terran opening (in_dove style, nada style or iloveoov style). To cover myself; I did think about adding Lost Temple, Gaia and several two-player maps to this list, but I believe that strategy is what most players rely on with those maps, not three-hatch openings that lead into a double expanse and a single expanse with heavy massing of an army designed for heads-up fights.
Seeing as there are little new guides popping up, and most guides are probably a tad to theoretic (sp?) for most newbies (and lurkers) that are joining us these days, I’ve decided to offer my opinions, help and humble advice for beginning Zerg players.
